The Product Marketing Associate will partner with Sales, Development, and Marketing to develop, implement, and support product related materials and content development. This individual will support and organize product launch activities as well as provide technical support for the marketing team around products and services to achieve the organization’s goals and objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supports product/service introduction process for the organization and work closely with all internal stakeholders.
  • Responsible for creating and coordinating product content development that supports inbound marketing activities. This may include but is not limited to blog writing, e-book development, podcasts, animation and/or video creation.
  • Coordinates geographical specific or site specific product/technology marketing initiatives to increase procedure awareness for patients and physicians in defined regions.
  • Build relationships with key customers and internal customer-facing teams to organize appropriate physician interactions to gain necessary input for R&D and marketing needs.
  • Supports market research on need for new technology such as literature reviews, surveys, focus groups, etc.
  • Technical writing and documentation of content that may range from instructions for use, product labeling, product specifications, and technical manuals.
  • May represent Marketing department in development team meetings and support requirements documentation.
  • Performs market analysis and competitive evaluations to support future development efforts.
  • Play a supporting role in planning and implementing clinical and other scientific studies needed for regulatory approvals or commercial goal achievement.
  • Supports the creation and maintenance of customer training material and sales training material.
  • Support the integration of the marketing and product development activities as well as effective cross functional communications.
  • Play a supporting role in planning and implementing tradeshow activities.
  • Serve as company representative at trade shows and professional sessions/meetings/ conferences.
  • All other duties, as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-5 years of experience in the Medical Device Industry
  • Engineering and/or technical background is preferred
  • Graphic and video editing skills are preferred
  • Customer-facing experience
  • Self-starter
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching innovative products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
