Summary:

The Director of Human Resources will partner with leadership to design and implement human resources systems and strategies that drive the execution of the business strategy and organizational/ workforce effectiveness.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Design, implement, administer, and maintain human resources programs and policies including talent acquisition, new hire on-boarding, talent development and retention, organization development, employee relations, benefits and compensation.

Collaborate with business leaders to build talent and capability through talent acquisition and development initiatives.

Establish and maintain a competitive, comprehensive and cost-effective employee benefits program.

Direct the payroll process and related activities such as payroll reporting and compliance.

Review, update, administer, and maintain employee performance and compensation programs. Evaluate and analyze salary data and assist management in developing job descriptions.

Prepare, update and maintain policies and procedures for the organization.

Administer, interpret and enforce Company policies and procedures and act as a resource for policy questions for field personnel and management.

Ensure that Company is compliant with required Federal, State and local regulations/legislation/employment law.

Assist with manager training programs and staff education and development.

Provide focus and leadership regarding organizational development, career planning, and performance management.

Create and maintain an engaging corporate culture that encourages employee understanding, participation, and contribution to the growth and health of the business.

Provide coaching and consultation to leadership on employee relations practices necessary to maintain a high level of employee retention and engagement.

Function as the SonaCare Medical Compliance Officer for the SonaCare Medical Code of Ethics

Responsible for maintaining certain quality system records such as employee Signature Forms.

Qualifications/Specifications:

Bachelor’s degree, required.

6 years of HR Generalist experience, or an equivalent combination of graduate degree in law, Human Resources Management, or Psychology and HR management experience.

Broad understanding of and appreciation for the technical and functional components of Human Resources, including: strategic HR planning, talent management, organizational development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, employee communications; and learning/development.

Results oriented.

High business acumen/strategic orientation, influence leadership, change leadership

Demonstrated experience in organizational development and design, particularly as those areas that relate to the needs of a high-growth business in a competitive industry.

Recent experience leading and supporting cross-functional teams and initiatives.

Excellent strategic planning capabilities, including the ability to anticipate the talent and organization implications and priorities of the business units.

Proven leadership, self-confidence, and an established track record of accomplishments in changing and fast-growing business environments

A proactive and supportive management style that focuses on the training and development of employees at all levels.

A positive and ethical role model, with strong influencing skills.
